I live in France, I can buy 300 cigarettes in Andorra to take back to France, after say three months can I take those cigarettes into the UK duty free or not?

Why do Parisienne pigeons have messed up feet?
I’ve just returned from a break in Paris. I couldn’t help but notice that many of the pigeons had missing toes, or large infected lesions on their feet. Some poor birds were hobbling about on toeless stumps.
There were no obvious hazards… little litter and no walls with broken glass on the top, etc.
