Burnt DVD [vista] wont start up ?

Why wont the DVD I burned the vista .iso on run?
Is there something I need to do other than just burn it to a dvd as I would any other file? [and i know use a slow speed]

You have to bear in mind here that I have tried in the past and become completely confused by language that I simply don’t understand because it means nothing to me. I guess that means I need something a four-year-old would understand.
