Who launched the missiles on Serbia?

I remember being in Belgrade – Serbia and seeing massive holes in some of the buildings, apparently launched from coastal submarines, who was running this attack?

    13 year sleep more likely :-) , but yeah, a long time without watching the news (or maybe you were, like, a toddler at the time?). And yes, it was the US/NATO. Try googling for more info, ‘Yugoslavia 1999′
