When I play my games on my 16:10 screen, it plays in 4:3 mode, how do I change this?

When I play my games in windows Vista, I have no problem, but in Windows 7, it resizes my window to a 4:3 and i’m not able to change it in-game… Does anyone know how to fix this?

Why don't you use your tv monitor? You could resize things on that couldn't you?
