Is there a way to import blogs from Yahoo 360 or Multiply to Spaces?

360 is closing and I have a bunch of blogs there I’d like to save. I can import them to Multiply, but I’d rather put them on Spaces instead. If it means cutting and pasting in one at a time I’ll have to go to Multiply b/c there are too many to get it done in time before they close.

    Yes, Like I said I need to move them. I have moved many to Multiply its just that they don't move the comments automatically so I'm having to do that manually. I DIDN'T know they had a feature to back them up, but as I said I don't have room for them on my computer.
