You should firstly be specific. Do you mean North Korea, South Korea or the entire Korean peninsula (ie both)?
You can get the weather there now, plus climate stats for specific locations from

Although as always with Wikipedia, you don't know who's authored the article and how thoroughly it's been checked, although the article above does look to be of high quality (the biggest indicator is the number of references to external information sources, indicating the entry has been well-researched).
