I have a small problem: Me and one of my mates are going out, and we don’t know who should be the driver for today. Me or him?
All to easy: In Germany it’s not allowed to "drink ‘n drive" (unfortunately) … So we need to make a decision. Do you think he should drive or me?

We *supposed not to drink or drive here in U.K. either.
Why dont you go halves on a Taxi, or catch a bus early into where ever you are going.
That way, there be not tempation in either of you driving and both of you can drink. Going halves on a taxi fare on way back from a night out is safer and stop any arguments about who is not or going to drive.

It's obvious, as men are naturally better drivers you should be the one to have a drink and let him drive
