With G W Bush soon to be ex-president,what would happen if some one belatedly put a bullet in the right place and removed him,be it 8 years too late.

Given that GWB has only a week in power, would the vice president take over for that week should someone eliminate him tomorrow or would they just instal Obama a week early?

As I understand my US law, the VP would take over as soon as GWB was pronounced dead.

The US constitution allows only for a fixed term of office, with strict lines of succession if this happened.

    VP

Can I ask everyone who cares to answer – is Iraq better off now without Sadaam than they were with him?

Then I guess we find out whether there's any truth behind the sentiment in Senator Kerry's (in)famous joke.

if it did happen it would be the most stupid thing that anyone could do the future president is under enough protection and they would just keep him behind closed doors for aslong as they thought it was needed they already are using bullet proof glass screens when he is in public
