What to wear on a second date?

OK so, I have been seeing my young man for a few weeks now and we are going on a date to the pictures, I am a little bit out of practice so, what does one wear for such dates?

Just wear what you feel comfortable in, it don't matter what you wear as long as you have fun, if you don't feel comfortable you don't enjoy yourself.

something dark in case the ketchup from your hotdog makes a bid for freedom – very noticeable on a light coloured top and you'll spend half the movie in the loo getting it out. on a dark top you won't notice til the lights come up and you'll have seen the movie in its entirety :D

go for layers too, as sometimes the cinemas can be a little chilly sometimes a little too warm.

Nothing fancy, for sure. You don't need to dazzle anyone, except through displaying your own personality. And certainly, nothing revealing or seductive. Just ordinary casual clothes should be fine, no excessive jewelry, no pricey shoes, and in fact I think nothing that would be considered memorable.

The whole idea of dating is to get to know the other person, not the trappings or coverings or decorations that might in any way call attention away from the reality of you. As long as it is clean and tasteful, without being excessive, you can wear anything you own. It is you who will make the impression, not how you are clad.

Every good wish for a pleasant evening, and for both of you coming away wanting to have more time together.
